We are seeking an experienced** Laundry Hand/Cleaner **for our Ascot Waters** Home**

**About the role**:
As a **Laundry Hand/Cleaner,** you will work to a roster ensuring cleaning services and duties are completed in line with our quality control and safety standards.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally within an Aged Care/Home Care setting but not essential)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
- Sound knowledge of hygienic cleaning practices, chemical handling and infection control
- A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding the role can be physically demanding at times
- Understanding of safety including manual handling practices
- Ability to work a mix of varying shifts
