**About role**
- Lead the development and advocacy of standards and best practices within the webMethods domain, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and organisation objectives.
- Architect comprehensive governance processes to ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes while enhancing operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement through initiatives that elevate the maturity of webMethods capabilities, finding opportunities for optimisation and increased efficiency.
- Champion the excellence of webMethods capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate forward-thinking leadership by setting examples and providing expert advice to achieve outstanding client results.
- Lead all aspects of architectural planning, ensuring proposed solutions align with client requirements and industry-leading practices.

**What we are looking for**
- A Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing sophisticated integration solutions for enterprise-level systems.
- Extensive integration architecture experience, with an understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and data formats.
- Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, creating and maintaining blueprints, reference models, and lifecycle models for technology solutions.
- Experience in leading a team excelling at delivering value in a DevOps environment to the organisation.
- Engage effectively with business and technology stakeholders, simplifying sophisticated issues, and driving efficiency.
