**Wall and Floor Tiling Trainer - RTO (Adelaide)**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Wall and Floor Tiling Trainer to join our team and train the next generation of skilled tilers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tiler with a passion for training and mentoring students in a structured learning environment.

**About the role**:Your role will be to inspire and educate students in well-developed face to face workshops, collaborate, and practical sessions where students can draw on your skills and experiences. We have a purpose-built simulated workplace facility for the delivery of practical components for our Trade Faculty courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver industry-relevant training and assessment for Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet industry standards.
- Assess students' practical and theoretical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain compliance with RTO training and assessment requirements.
- Support and guide students to achieve their learning goals.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (with required upgrades).
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable industry experience in wall and floor tiling.
- Must provide a Trainer Matrix and evidence of work experience.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Understanding of RTO compliance and assessment processes (preferred).
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
