**Full-time**

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled **Video Producer** to plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for property listings and brand marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot and edit videos for properties and social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Operate camera, audio, and drone equipment on-site.
- Perform post-production editing including colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet briefs and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing requirements.
- Maintain and manage production schedules and content delivery workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Proficiency in FCPX, After Effects, or similar.
- Experience with drone operation preferred.
- Strong creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
