About The Role
Based in the Brisbane HQ, this role sits within the Corporate Finance team, which plays a vital role in supporting the company's strategy and driving profitable growth. This role will be responsible for supporting the broader finance team in its day-to-day operational duties.
What you’ll be doing- Reporting on sales performance, including commissions and sales efficacy- Price Desk Function:
- Provide pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines-
- Provide guidance and analysis for high-value partner deals, balancing growth, capacity, and competition considerations-
- Conduct profitability analysis to challenge or support business decisions- Develop and maintain financial models for FP&A and Commercial Analysis functions- Support the FP&A function during the budget and forecast process, including detailed analysis- Assist treasury in cash flow management, reporting and analysis- Support continuous improvement across both Corporate Finance, and the broader Finance team
What we’re looking for- Actively studying towards CPA, CIMA, CA essential.- First time mover from a different field or background considered.- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills.- Experience with sales metrics and performance analysis.- Proficient in using data visualisation. PowerBI experience preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
