Sushi Maker

We are an established Catering business based in Matraville looking for a person to join our team of 10+ staff. We provide daily lunch orders to schools around Sydney.
The position involves a variety of tasks including, preparation of sushi, duties of general prep, cleaning, assisting the team in various tasks.
We are happy to train on the job, but would prefer you to have some previous experience working in a commercial kitchen.

The position offers approximately 35-40 hours per week. You **must be available for shifts Monday - Friday** approximately 6.30am to 2pm. (No nights or weekends, no school holidays). There is also an option of working 3 or 4 days (must be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

The following experience will be an advantage:

- Good experience preparing and making sushi (we are prepared to train on the job)
- Experience with general kitchen work and food preparation
- Must have permit to work in Australia (full time hours), on the books.
- No Travellers or Working Holiday Makers as we are looking for long term employees.
