Here's what you should know if you want to be a Copywriter at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- Manage the quality of copywriting deliverables, ensuring they meet R/GA standards and client expectations
- Concept and collaborate with other creative teams, including experience designers, art directors, and programmers
- Write compelling copy, headlines, taglines and calls to action
- Work with Account Managers and Planners to ensure creative concepts and copy tones are on brand and strategically sound
- Collaborate with Producers to ensure copy is delivered on deadline
- Shadow Senior Copywriters and learn to work with, and present work to clients of all levels

**The ideal person**
- Is comfortable writing in various styles and for multiple formats
- Is interested in learning to nurture junior talent
- Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature
- Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace
- Has a naturally curious mind and passion for interactive media
- Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once

- 3-7 years' experience in advertising or interactive design

**Digital Producer**
Melbourne, Victoria
Our **Producers** manage projects from beginning to end. They're problem solvers that know every detail of any given project and serve as the 'go-to' for both clients and the R/GA team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.
We're looking for a Producer to join the team in Melbourne, to work on one of the biggest clients for R/GA in APAC.

- Autonomously manage small to mid-sized digital experience projects.
- Define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and

budget)
- Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve and execute experience, conceptual, or

strategy work into clear sets of deliverables.
- Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest

quality.
- Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.
- Liaise with assigned partners and manage third party vendors.
- Partner with the client service team to manage client expectations.
- Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring

they stay on task and meet stated objectives.
- Play a dual role of client advocate and R/GA team advocate.

**You, as the ideal person, may**:

- Have significant experience managing digital projects with interdisciplinary teams, including experience, visual, or creative teams.
- Have a successful track record of managing small to medium scale program budgets.
- Have a deep understanding of project management and workflow, including
- Have experience in the clear and unambiguous documentation of requirements,

deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work, Functional
Specifications, Tech Specs, Scopes, Design Systems etc
- Have a successful track record of developing strong relationships with client
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsIsn't daunted by the task of leading projects and taking responsibility for their

success.
- Has a positive and collaborative problem solving attitude.
- Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment.
