SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- **Tender Specialist** to join our Sales and Tendering Team
- Working in **Henderson**, Perth WA
Mammoet are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a background in the Heavy Haulage / General Freight Transport industry to join the team as a Tender Specialist.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Analyse customer requirements and determine solution
- Provide technical guidance related to sales quotations and tenders
- Coordinate the development of project estimates and tender submissions while ensuring compliance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop a clear winning pricing strategy
- Review the commercial aspects of the submission, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Support the Sales and Business Development team by sharing knowledge, notify on inconsistencies and handover of ordersto operations
- Prepare and update supportive tender material and reports
- Maintain and continually improve the standard of submissions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Transport or Logistics industry within Heavy Haulage / General freight essential
- Experience in coordinating quotes or tenders desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed timelines.
- Strong confident communicator
- Ability to engage and build professional relationships with stakeholders
