**Job Description**:
Opportunity to develop into a Medical Leasing Specialist. Build your profile in the marketplace and continue the momentum of a successful Leasing and Transaction team.

This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth presenting a genuine opportunity to be involved in some exciting new development projects across the Eastern Seaboard. As a Medical Leasing agent based in the Sydney CBD office, your focus will involve the leasing of Medical suits across a number of our project we have been appointed to

In addition, you will be accountable for:

- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for Healthcare organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships.
- Acquiring and implementing leasing campaigns for both managed medical properties and new developments
- Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and project promotional material
- Maintaining the client database including data entry of all listings, contact and transactional information
- Negotiating and preparing lease agreements

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally a background in medical leasing/sales is desired but alternatively a leasing or sales background with Retail would be considered.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends
- A Real Estate Certificate/Licence
