Your role at St John of God Wagga Wagga

You'll join a dedicated, collaborative team in a purpose-built community setting, working within a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed model of care.

The Position- Participate in a range of appropriate programs and activities aimed at increasing the individual’s skills, knowledge and improving access to required services in the community.- Provide the highest level of support for individuals supported and ensure each person supported is treated with respect that enhances their personal worth, dignity and rights, always.- Assist in achieving individual’s, team and service goals and objectives.- Seek ways of improving the service standards through working closely with clinical caregivers, managers and stakeholders.- Maintain a high level of service provision for all individuals and ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of all people is supported and staff are maintained.

Successful applicants must be willing to complete a Certificate 4 Mental Health Peer Work within first 24 months of tenure, hold a valid Working With Children check and National Police Clearance.

We can offer you- Salary: $69,084 to $70,531 plus 12% Superannuation- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
