Custody Csr

Melbourne- Wealth Management- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a leading provider of wealth and asset management seeking a Custody/CSR on a 12 month contract in their Melbourne office.

This is an exceptional position to join the **Relationship Management** team as an **Account Manager / Client Services Rep **on an initial 12m contract, with a strong possibility to convert to permanent employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the account administration for institutional clients including accurate set up and review of fees, active monitoring and tracking of client KPIs
- Receives service requests from clients and partners and RMs; executes daily client activity, oversees transaction processing, handles inquiry resolution, obtains appropriate documentation, and ensures systems information is up-to-date.
- Coordinates with servicing teams across various global locations on execution of client activity, communicating with client and internal partners or service provider
- Informs client of steps taken to resolve problems and work with service teams to identify root cause and ensure a satisfactory solution is in place

**Experience and knowledge required**:

- Knowledge of asset servicing operations acquired through related experience is needed to administer client accounts.
- 5 years’ experience in financial servicing / accounting fields, with a client servicing background.
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills required to identify and resolve account issues.
