We're looking for an Trading Services Specialist to:

- Monitor and process life cycle events for structured products, FX and OTC Derivatives.
- Handle escalations and requests from internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage internal and external brokers to ensure timely delivery of confirmations.
- Support the execution desk for trade management activities.
- Ensure procedures are up-to-date and maintain proper records.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate open items.
- Have the ability to liaise with custodians/counterparties/front office to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
- Ensure that End Of Day/ week/ month processes are completed accurately ahead of deadline.
- Supporting change by identifying and implementing process improvements or cost saving opportunities.
- Ongoing self-development/cross training across Operations.

**Your team**

You'll be working in the Wealth Management Trading Services team based in Sydney. The team is responsible for managing all post execution trade flows, trade amendments and trade life cycle events for Australian Wealth Management clients. Working closely with execution desks, front office personnel and external brokers, the team collectively to ensure that trades are booked accurately and timely into our clients' accounts. This is an excellent platform for a good work life balance and working environment including remote work options.

**Your expertise**
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Securities Trading Processes will be highly valued.
- Have a strong risk mindset and be able to escalate issues and be transparent.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Innovative and able to drive results.Strong teamwork skill to collaborate with internal and external teams. Be able to demonstrate a strong partnership and inclusive to all team members.
- Knowledge of OTC products would be nice to have but not essential.
