**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up the treatment records of each customer and provide solutions to improve skin problems according to different customer needs
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers, enhance customers' confidence and loyalty to the company's brand
- Designing through consultation, treatment plans for clients, services including: Accent RF, RF Needling, Thermage, Ultherapy, Picoway, Harmony IPL, Candela GentleLase

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year' experience in beauty consultant / retail sales, ideally in treatment services, within the fitness and Cosmetic Appearance Medicine industry
- Serve customers from heart, warm and courteous, and a good smile
- Positive and proactive service attitude
- Ability to provide professional medical aesthetic care to customers
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin, and good in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- sales consultant: 1 year (preferred)
- Beauty or Medical: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese or Cantonese (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
