Apprentice Toolmaker

Icon Plastics is an Australian owned and operated company in Hallam with more than 50 years' experience in the design, manufacture and supply of high quality plastic products to Australian and International markets.

We have an immediate start for an Apprentice Toolmaker, Junior or Senior we don't mind, to join our small team. The toolroom operates from 07:00am to 3:00pm with opportunity for overtime.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Keen interest in tooling, machine, including lathes, CNC
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Current Forklift licence
- Ability to understand Work Health & Safety obligations and abide by them
- Be able to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Some knowledge of plastic moulding & injection machines would be preferred but not essential

**Qualifications**:

- Drivers Licence Forklift Licence ( highly regarded)
