The **Great Southern Hotel Perth (GSH-Perth)** is an excellent affordable accommodation located just a short walk from the heart of Perth’s CBD. We provide the perfect location for both the tourist and business client alike and we are within proximity to public transport, restaurants, and the City Centre. We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Hotel Room Attendant on a casual basis to join our team. You must take pride in your work and be willing to go that "extra mile" to make our guest's stay an enjoyable one. This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team. **About the role**: **As our Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include**: - servicing and cleaning allocated guest rooms - stocking and maintaining the housekeeping trolley - handling all amenities, chemicals, and equipment according to specific instructions and OH&S standards and undertaking special cleaning projects as directed **About you**: - Have a keen eye for detail - Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised - Be flexible and available for work across a 7-day roster with an early morning shift or evening shift. - Have knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures - Be committed to providing extraordinary service - Have good communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a 3 to 5 hotel establishment is highly advantageous **Benefits**: **This role offers a great opportunity to expand upon your skill set.
