**About Us**

Comclean Australia is a small, family-owned business based in Brisbane.

We are seeking experienced, reliable cleaners and gardeners for domestic cleaning and lawn-mowing and garden sub-contract work in the North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast areas.

**About the Job**
- **Hours**:_Jobs range from 1 - 4 hours per service either weekly or fortnightly. Days and times vary according to the Client's request.

- **Start Date**:_Immediate
- **Pay Rate**:_ $27 per hour
- **Domestic Cleaning**:_ Service inclusions to include, but not limited to vacuum and mop where applicable, kitchen and bathrooms. Dust or wipe hard surfaces, ledges and skirtings as time permits.
- **Outside Yard Work**:_ Service inclusions include mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding and general gardening.
- **Areas Available**:_Upper Kedron, Margate, Caboolture, Rothwell, Deception Bay, Coolum Beach, Palmview, Ningi, Meridan Plains, Glasshouse Mountain, Sippy Downs, West Woombye, Birtinya, Albany Creek and Montville.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check
- ABN
- Own cleaning / yard equipment
- Reliable transport to get to the job
- Attention to detail with a high standard of cleaning
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ideally cleaning experience in a commercial environment
- Able to work in Australia
