**Are you an experienced Warehouse professional within the wholesale food industry looking for an exciting new challenge?**

We are a dynamic business and leading supplier to some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, sports/entertainment venues, hotels & caterers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor to make an impact & lead an enthusiastic team.

Reporting to the Wholesale Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing & motivating performance of the warehouse team in a way that ensures customers receive the best possible service & timely accurate order fulfilment.

**This is a busy hands-on role that will require you to**:

- lead, motivate and inspire a great team
- ensure efficient receiving, storage & handling of food inventory from supplier delivery to dispatch to customers
- be highly focused on work efficiencies & minimizing picking errors
- ensure safe work practice & required Food Safety standards

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- experience in a similar role preferably within the food/wine sector and a strong understanding of the workings of a busy warehouse
- a hands-on approach, ability to lead & motivate, be able to take direction & implement improvements as well as solutions driven.

Sound **computer skills and a** current Victorian **drivers license** are essential.

Fork Lift license is preferred.
