**Afternoon Shift Food Factory Workers/Batch Makers Needed - Wetherill Park - Excellent Pay**

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term opportunity with a leading international food manufacturer? We're seeking dedicated team members to join our afternoon shift in Wetherill Park, specializing in the production of high-quality spices and seasonings.

**What you'll do**:

- Work as a Batch Maker in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Handle and carry materials up to 25kg.
- Operate production equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to strict quality and safety standards.

**What you'll need**:

- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to handle the strong smells of herbs and spices.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (Permanent Residency or Citizenship required - _No Student Visas_).

**Bonus Points**:

- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one within 3 months).

**The Perks**:

- Competitive pay: $41.20 per hour to start, increasing to $44.50 after a qualifying period.
- Consistent afternoon shift hours: 1 pm to 9 pm.
- Long-term, ongoing work for motivated individuals.
