Unique Auto Parts is one of the largest importers of spare parts for European vehicles in Australia and are committed to delivering the highest standard of customer service. We currently have a unique position available for a sales representative/ spare parts interpreter based out of our Beckenham branch.

This diverse role will see you spending some of your time on the road managing sales and after sales service while your remaining time will be spent in the office fulfilling the duties of a spare parts interpreter.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts via face-to-face interactions or follow up phone calls
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
- Submitting activity and results reports to management
- Answering customer enquiries by identifying automotive parts using replacement parts catalogues and/or computer databases
- Preparation of invoices and other paperwork
- High level communication skills written & oral, conflict resolution & negotiation
- Spare parts interpreting experience
- sales experience
- self-motivated with strong customer service focus
- current driver’s license
- Presentable, punctual and reliable
- Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize workload
