PMO Framework

We are recruiting for a well-established Geelong based organisation who have recently created a new ePMO to centralise all their programs and projects. This includes corporate, engineering, technology and other business programs.

The ePMO Manager has already started to make an impact and there is a strong pipeline of current work including business systems replacement, migration from legacy systems and intranet projects.

In this role you will be establishing the ePMO's tools, systems and frameworks. You will start by understanding and analysing the current state of how projects are managed and reported, including communication, risk and issues management, budgeting etc..

They are based in Geelong not far from many shops and transport options, including free parking. The expectation is that you will be in the office for 2 days a week, and you can work from home for the rest of the week if that is your preference.

Key requirements for this role include:

- Background either as a Project Manager or working in a PMO, program or portfolio office;
- Excellent understanding of different project management methodologies;
- Some experience implementing project management frameworks;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills;
- Agile experience is a bonus, though their methodology is predominately Waterfall now.
