Hourly Rate: $33.53 - $41.30 (including 25% casual loading, based on experience and qualifications)

Are you passionate about working with children and looking for flexibility in your schedule? Busy Bees at Byford Central is seeking enthusiastic Casual Educators to support our vibrant team and deliver exceptional learning experiences across our rooms.

Whether you’re an experienced educator or just beginning your journey in Early Childhood Education, this is your chance to grow within a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

About the Role- Work across different age groups (Babies to Kindergarten)- Support permanent team members in delivering high-quality care- Step in during planned and unplanned absences- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment- Collaborate with educators and families to support each child’s learning

What You’ll Need- ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- Flexibility to work across different shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)- Strong communication skills and team spirit
