We seek a dedicated, passionate, and committed **_Residential House Supervisor_** to lead a team of support workers providing direct care to our Supported Independent Living participants.

Hourly rate is paid as per the SCHADS Award Classifications and on qualifications and experience commencing at_ $36 per hour part-time employees plus salary packaging to reduce the tax you pay and increase your take-home pay_ (as per PBI status). As an employee, you’ll be given opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development and positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Availability is required for at least 4 days during the week/weekend from 3pm until 10pm with at least 2 of these days requiring overnight shifts (non-active) from 3pm until at least 9am the following morning._
- Leadership skills and experience to lead and maintain a dynamic team to achieve effective results
- Efficiency in the use of technology and administration experience including ensuring finance and appropriate records are maintained.
- A qualification or experience in Disability Services/Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or similar field. _Applicants with lived experience are also encouraged to apply._
- Strong ethics and genuine approach towards participant dignity and safety and Work Health and Safety.
- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and respond positively to change.
- Well-developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Dedication to their job and their team.
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.

- NDIS Orientation Certificate
