**About the Role**

This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing, designing, and optimizing systems that meet real business needs. You’ll work closely with our developers, designers, and clients to ensure that every solution we deliver is efficient, effective, and user-focused.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
- Translate needs into clear system specifications and workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system performance and functionality.
- Conduct testing and help resolve system issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide ongoing system support.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a System Analyst or related technical role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and development processes.
- Proficiency in documenting and communicating technical details.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay: $60,412.16 - $68,987.18 per year
