**The Company**

My client are a leading national fitout and refurbishment head contractor who deliver multiple high profile commercial fitout projects across Sydney.

Due to an impressive amount of growth and an extremely strong pipeline of work, the team are now looking to recruit a Site Foreman immediately.

The company is really striving to push the business to the next level so they are keen to bring on ambitious and driven individuals who are looking to progress their careers.

**The Role**

The successful Site Foreman will be managing $20M+ in office fitout across 6 floors of a 19-floor fitout and refurbishment project in the Sydney CBD.

The project will run for another six months and the successful Site Foreman will have their own Leading Hand and laborers.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate experience working on projects above $10-15M within the fitout sector. Commercial fitout experience is most desirable.

**Skills Required**:

- 5+ years site supervision experience in the fitout and refurbishment sector
- Knowledge of work safety, manual maintenance and compliance management
- Confident in ensuring excellent working standards
- Efficient in ensuring high levels of health and safety are adhered to
- Proficient in report management
