Bakers Delight Macquarie Centre is looking for **Sales Assistants** to join our team. We provide a fun work environment, comprehensive training, and excellent opportunities for career advancement.

**As a Sales Assistant, you will**:

- Work as part of a small team, providing exceptional customer service, and getting to know your regular customers
- Be responsible for merchandising product and executing marketing campaigns
- Also work alongside your team to keep the bakery clean, and assist with production assistance as needed.

**What we’re looking for**:

- outgoing personality, is able to work with mínimal supervision after training,
- has an attention to detail with respect to cleaning,
- is able to following instructions and the processes, policies and procedures of the business
- reliability is a must
- able to work weekends and some public holidays
- You have a positive attitude and self-motivated, and you enjoy learning new skills
- You are a team player who enjoys working with people
- You take pride in providing a great experience for your customers.

Your main duties will include customer service (including up-selling and add-on selling), merchandising and general cleaning. We will train you to use the tills, slice and package bread and deliver delightful customer service to our customers. Attention to detail is essential, as is an ability to follow instructions.

You must be prepared to adhere to Bakers Delight policies and respect the Bakers Delight brand. You must also have excellent oral and written communication skills.

We offer a friendly work environment and are reasonably flexible with rosters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
