Dietitian

**About the role**

As a Part Time Dietitian working 36 hour per Fortnight, you will work with a wide variety of clients to provide nutrition assessment and planning of dietary needs, including food service management and intervention programs to provide your clients with a holistic and integrated care to enhance your clients health and wellbeing.

You will work across a variety of healthcare professionals such as GPs, Nurses, Physiotherapists, and other Allied Health Practitioners to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored.

You will complete report such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP providers.

You will join the team at ONTRAC Health in Bowral on a 9-month fixed term basis, you will enjoy being ideally close to local cafes, onsite parking and being part of a friendly and collaborative team.

- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent that meets the requirements for full or part time membership of the Dietitians Australia
- One year minimum working experience as a Dietitian
- Access to own vehicle, role requires driving to Aged Care homes
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain
