We are looking for a clay/ceramics teacher to lead regular ceramics classes for children and adults. **Skills**:
- must feel comfortable teaching a broad range of skills and styles
- Knowledge and experience of a variety of materials including polymer clay, earthenware, stonefire clay, terracotta, air dry clay
- Must have a knowledge of appropriate firing techniques and practices
- Able to confidently and enthusiastically teach groups of up to 20 students
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to create lesson plans appropriate for ages 5 - 16 as well as adults

**Availability**:
- Must be available on Tuesday evenings from 3 pm - 8 pm during the school term
- Available some weekends
- Available over the school holidays to run school holiday workshops
**Essential**:
- Working with Children Check
- Current first aid training
- Police check
**Compensation**:
Casual ongoing position. $30-38 per hour.
