Katoomba, Australia BOWERY Kitchen and Bar Full time

We're on the hunt for multi-talented front-of-house professionals to join the team at the popular Katoomba venues BOWERY Kitchen and Bar and AVALON Restaurant.

Housed inside the historic St Andrew’s church, BOWERY is a local meeting place designed especially for casual eating, drinking and socialising, serving brunch, lunch and dinner.

Set in the dress circle of the historic Savoy Theatre, AVALON Restaurant & Cocktail Bar combines playful art-deco charm with hearty food and friendly service.

Work alongside skilled, motivated and professional staff across these two unique Blue Mountains venue.

We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants with experience in:

- Delivering high standard food and beverage service
- Providing advice on Food and Beverage above guest expectations
- Following correct sequence of service
- Ensuring the presentation of the restaurant is maintained to the highest standard
- Working cooperatively with fellow team members and contributing to team performance
- Must be available to work on weekends, School/Public holidays

Skills and experience:

- Current RSA is required for this role
- Passion for hospitality and F&B knowledge
- Fun & energetic team player
- Well groomed & presented
- Have relevant experience and professional attitude for skills development

This is a casual role, mostly working evenings and weekends with the holiday period included.

You must hold a current RSA certificate.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KATOOMBA, NSW 2780: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
