This newly created role will see you work directly with the Director and various other key players of the business. As the Executive Assistant you will ensure that all tasks are completed to a very high standard. There will be plenty of chasing, following up and coordinating - all whilst juggling a multitude of other tasks business related tasks. You don't necessarily need to have worked in a corporate admin role before as we are willing to train the right person. You simply need to show the resilience and strength of character so we are confident you'll make it through the big days
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the executive/s diary, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements
- Gather, collate and provide background information for the executive/s to support informed decision making and planning
- Following up with internal and external stakeholders - you need to be confident on the phone and not afraid to use your initiative
- Coordinating contracts and other important documents, ensuring they are saved to the right folders etc
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure reports and data are up to date
- Being a direct extension the business - polished and well presented at all times, able to greet investors who may visit the office from time to time
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to create, edit & modify documents as required
- Assisting the wider office with general coordination as required (organising suppliers, supporting with events, birthdays, staff drinks etc)

An understanding of the Microsoft Suite is a must, along with a little admin experience (reception, customer service, general exposure to an office environment etc) to set you up for success.
**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
