- Possess demonstrated skills and experience in food and beverage service
- Thrive under pressure
- Maintain venue standards consistently delivering quality products and service
- Ensure venue policies, procedures and standards are followed

**Essential requirements**:

- Min. 1 years experience in the same or similar type venue
- Be available to work a multiple of shifts including nights and weekends
- QLD RSA
