We are looking for a skilled and friendly barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service. You will have a passion for coffee, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Craft espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and other specialty beverages to our quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer questions about our coffee and menu.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee station, equipment, and seating area clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and manage cash transactions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed, ensuring freshness and availability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and grinders, reporting any issues to the manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.57 - $32.38 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
