**Positions Available**:
We are currently hiring Certified Ski Technicians at various locations, including Mansfield, Merrjig, Mirimbah, and Mt Buller. On-mountain positions come with shared accommodation, while off-mountain employees enjoy the flexibility to secure better accommodation along with competitive pay rates, staff bus access, car passes, and the opportunity to stay on the mountain during their scheduled days off.

Please note there are no sponsorship options. You must have work authorization if travelling from overseas.**Your Responsibilities**:

- As a Certified Ski Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing a superior customer experience for all Mt Buller guests
- Contributing your energy and enthusiasm to a positive team environment
- Safely and correctly setting up guests’ boots, skis, and snowboards
- Educating guests and other staff on the care and use of their equipment
- Working with specialized ski & snowboard servicing machinery
- Keeping up to date with ski & snowboard service knowledge and skills
- Collaborating closely with the rental/retail team when required
- Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the Altitude Buller Sports rental fleet
- Supporting the management team in promotions, visuals, store maintenance, and all other sales functions
- Identifying and anticipating the needs of guests while efficiently and tactfully resolving any problems
- Complying with all company, store, and area operational, OHS, environmental policies, and procedures
- Representing Mt Buller, Buller Ski Lifts, and the Buller Way

**What You Bring**:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

- Proven experience in the rental and retail industry
- Mechanical and technical skills
- Patience and understanding
- An unyielding work ethic
- Experience with POS systems
- The ability to handle pressure & multitasking
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- High regard for personal appearance and presentation
- The ability to work varying schedules, including day, evening, and weekend shifts

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of Rental experience
- Minimum 2 year ski technician experience
- Ski Technician certification or relevant qualification preferred
- Experienced skier/snowboarder, with an understanding of the demands of the sport
