**About Us**

**About The Role**

Reporting to the Restoration Manager, this role sits within our Linx Restoration team. The Technician is responsible for remediation and restoration services from small claims through to major loss claims. In conjunction with our construction teams, the Restoration Technician will carry out tasks such as builders cleans, technical restoration, building strip outs, and restoration treatments on site. It is predominantly a multi-site-based role, working on site-based building and contents restoration works, dealing with customers and utilising specialised equipment. Initial onsite training is provided along with additional formal accreditation training available to suitable team members.

**Qualifications**
- Full Drivers License and Construction /industry White Card
- One of all of the below listed IICRC training/accreditations:

- IICRC training/accreditation - Water
- IICRC training/accreditation - Fire
- IICRC training/accreditation - Mould Water

**Key Professional Skills**:

- Demonstrated history, experience in the filed and or willingness to learn within the cleaning and/or building industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with people across various skill levels

**Key Attributes**:

- Customer service skills and good communication skills are essential as this role will be onsite dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Most importantly a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
