**About the Role**:
Provide efficient customer service including accurate advice on plant selection and maintenance, Respond to enquiries to a diverse customer base. Maintain plant and stock to a high industry standard, maintain garden beds and presentation of nursery in all facets. Contribute to the effective day to day operations and provide assistance to other employees.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Experience in Retail nursery operations, Ability to provide a high level of customer service, Experience in maintaining and displaying horticultural products in a retail setting, Experience in Australian Native identification and knowledge to advise a wide range of stakeholders. Good knowledge of Australian native plants and associated pests and diseases, Ability to work as part of a small team and provide guidance to staff, A high risk license to operate a forklift is desirable.

**Special Conditions**:

- May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties.
- Incumbent is required to wear a uniform.
- A current class “C” driver’s licence is essential.
- May be required to undertake work outside the normal hours of work.
- A current First Aid Certificate is essential.

**Remuneration**:
GSE3 $1,106.10 min - $1,117.60 max p.a., per week.
