**Pacific Industrial Company (PIC) is a highly regarded family owned company, and a recognised leader in the Australian Steel Fabrication and Construction Industry, located in Naval Base.**

We are currently seeking competent Machine Operators to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**Required**:

- Experience working within a workshop environment
- Prior experience OR willingness to learn the use of FICEP machines: bandsaw, beamline, press and roller, and profile cutter
- Overhead crane experience
- Experience or knowledge of steel fabrication highly desirable
- Focus on safe operation of equipment
- Good attention to detail
- Solid manual handling ability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Good attitude and reliable work ethic
- Dogman or riggers ticket - desirable
- Forklift ticket - desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- Naval Base, WA 6165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
