On-campus Consultant

**The Opportunity**

This On-Campus Consultant will service primarily overseas students as well as domestic students and staff and support to both existing and potential Bupa customers. The On-Campus Consultant will require identifications of new sales opportunities whilst growing Bupa’s impact on the health of its members through promotion of Bupa’s product site.

**This is a permanent full-time position, based On-site at the Melbourne University with the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.**

**How will I help?**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Ability to promote and sell features and benefits of Bupa products to generate further revenue opportunities at our partner institutions.
- Present at on-campus events such as orientations, onsite kiosks and health and wellness activations and promotions
- Promote Bupa as a health and care provider within the partner institutions and broader education sector
- Switch students to Bupa Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) from other OSHC providers
- Up-sell Bupa product suite including extras cover, overseas visitors cover and domestic health insurance to increase the total Bupa sales revenue within our key clients
- Monitor, evaluate and document the performance and outcomes of onsite activities and weekly tasks
- Work in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders

**What do I need?**

**This role would suit someone who is a recent graduate or last year student to join us on a full-time basis**
- Graduate from Melbourne University is highly preferred
- Previous sales experience and customer service delivery
- Flexibility to work across campuses and varying work schedules
- Highly accountable with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain strong time management performance
- Knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry
- Understanding of the overseas student market and/or exposure to the education sector. This can include being a previous International Student
- Established effective communication strategies
- Fluency in other languages especially Mandarin is a great asset.
