**About the Role**:
Create memorable moments and amazing experiences for our guests as a Bartender in our stunning Greek restaurant We are looking for all-rounders as well as individuals to specialise in niche areas such as Whiskey connoisseurs, cocktail mixologists, wine experts and runners. You will bring with you a good understanding of beverages across the board, the confidence to make suggestions and upsell to guests and a passion for amplifying the guest’s experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with a large range of local and imported wines, spirts and craft beers
- Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails and/or mocktails at our bars
- Upsell and Suggestive sell
- Restock and replenish bar inventory supplies
- Process transactions of both cash and eftpos
- Provide a personalised, exceptional standard of service
- Ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a bartender is required
- A valid RSA
- Extensive beverage knowledge
- You ooze personality and are attentive to guests needs
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volumes of customers
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Take pride in your personal presentation
- Weekend availability is essential

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour
