**Female Support Worker**

**Locations**: Randwick/ Kensington, Hurstville & Peakhurst (Sydney)
**Shifts**:

- **Monday, Wednesday, & occasional Thursday at Randwick/ Kensington**: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- **Thursday & Friday at Hurstville**: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (school drop-offs, only 15-20 mins)

**Who We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a **compassionate and reliable female support worker** to assist our NDIS participants with their daily needs and school transport. If you are dedicated, caring, and meet the requirements below, we would love to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- Must be **female** (as per participant preference)
- **Valid driver’s license** and access to a reliable vehicle
- **First Aid & CPR certification**:

- **NDIS experience** and relevant certifications
- Ability to commit to the required schedule
- Friendly, patient, and responsible personality

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to participants during designated shifts
- Assist with school drop-offs on Thursdays and Fridays (short trips) for another participant (It takes 15-20minutes, but we pay for 2 hours)
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for participants
- Follow NDIS guidelines and participant care plans
