Our Client in Sunnybank is looking to hire an experienced Cleaning Coordinator to join their growing team.

The successful Applicant will have the following skills and experience:

- Tender Writing/Business Development Skills
- Able to generate new cleaning contracts
- Demonstrated cleaning experience in the Commercial cleaning enviornment
- Excellent Customer Service and Team building skills
- A _Can Do_ Attitude
- Attention to Detail
- Experience in supervising others and meeting deadlines

Experience in rostering staff will also be an advantage

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunnybank QLD: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
