Wellness On The Lane is an exciting and thriving Allied Health practise with a focus on Mental Health and well being. Both sites are located in Werribee, the largest growth corridor in the West of Melbourne.

We are looking to recruit both Part-Time and Casual positions with the following tasks/ key duties:

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage daily booking and scheduling of all appointments and calendars.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and processing of payments.
- Coordinate with clinicians and administrative staff in a job sharing environment.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Allied Health administration role, preferably in a face to face environment.
- Exposure to Mental Health settings (desirable).
- Familiarity with PowerDiary Practice Management (or similar).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to efficiently multitask, problem solve and work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent oral, written & communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
