**Position Title**:Work Health & Safety Officer **Classification**: HS3 **Salary per hour**:$37.67 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options **Employment Type**:Ongoing, full-time hours **Award**:Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 **Role description** This role will see you provide administrative support and sharing of WHS knowledge, in particular through coordinating, and participating in, the response to the incident management system, policy and procedure reviews, and involvement in other WHS projects, systems and processes. Your effective communication and problem solving skills will be well utilised as you engage proactively with staff and stakeholders and promote a 'safety always'" culture with the aim of preventing injuries and incidents and promoting staff and consumer/patient health and wellbeing. Crucial to your success in this role will be your ability to contribute to a range of WHS and Emergency Management systems, processes and projects using your well developed administration skills, WHS knowledge and enthusiasm. **About you** You are methodical with great attention to detail. You are able to develop positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Your well-honed administrative skills will ensure that both routine administration, and monitoring and response to systems, processes and project work is conducted effectively and safely.
