Warehouse Manager

**Warehousing Manager/Sales position - Newcastle**

Hunter Tyre Distributors provides a wholesale tyre service across Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Mid North Coast. We strive for excellent customer service at all times and have an opportunity for a warehouse manager/sales assistant to join our team at our Sandgate premises.

This role puts you as the face of our business and therefore excellent interpersonal skills are a must. We prefer someone with an understanding/interest in the motor vehicle industry that will be comfortable building relationships with our customers.

Your key areas of responsibility are:

- Delivery of stock to customers.
- Managing the receiving and dispatching of stock
- General housekeeping of dispatch and office areas.
- Assist with stocktaking of inventory.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- General cleaning and maintenance of delivery vehicles and workshop areas.

It is essential that you have:

- Current manual driver's licence - Class C (minimum).
- Good computer skills.
- Positive attitude, are reliable, punctual and have a good attendance record.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow and give instruction/direction to warehouse staff.
- Ability to organise and prioritise deliveries and your workload.
- Physical capability for manual handling of tyres
- Willingness to learn new skills across other areas of the business.

This position is full time, approximately 38 hours per week Mon - Fri.

**Remuneration Package**

Starting remuneration package $80,000 including vehicle, phone, superannuation, flexible working hours + commission incentives.
