**About the opportunity**:
We are recruiting for an experienced State Manager on behalf of a community services organisation that delivers employment services and training to disadvantaged Australians.

The State Manager will have overall responsibility for the operations and performance of the Transition to Work (TtW) Employment Services contract across NSW. TtW experience will be highly regarded and previous experience managing managers is essential.

Highly competitive salary package is on offer including a travel allowance.
- An understanding of Employment Services contracts and the interpretation of such contracts
- Strategic and operational experience within Employment Services, leading managers and frontline teams
- A track record of successful leadership and financial sustainability in a values-driven organisation
- Proven success in developing and driving processes to improve performance and to identify and rectify any performance related problems
- Knowledge of analytics and Employment Services reporting structures
- The ability to lead by example and inspire, encourage, coach and motivate others
- A current Drivers Licence and be available to travel interstate
- A current Police Check and be able to pass a Working with Children Check
