Landscaping Supervisor

We take pride in combining creativity, quality, and reliability in every project. We’re looking for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team and lead our projects from start to finish.

**Role Overview**:
As a Landscaping Supervisor at **Lochaven Landscapes**, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams on-site, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate resources to achieve outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily work to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all landscaping work adheres to safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing questions and providing updates.
- Manage project materials, equipment, and budget tracking.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance and skill development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in soft and hard landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in landscaping projects.
- Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, hardscape materials, and landscaping techniques.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Heavy rigid license preferred.
- Physical ability to work outdoors and lift moderate loads when required.

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Landscaping/Gardening: 5 years (preferred)
