**Position Overview**

We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual with a strong technical or trade background to fill the role of Electric Scooter Technician at our Balcatta store. Operating within our professionally equipped workshop, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advise on electric scooter servicing and repairs. This role requires collaboration with team members and the ability to work autonomously, while maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform repairs, services, and tyre changes on electric scooters and other electric products
- Enter data accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide advise on servicing and repairs to customers
- Maintain regular communication with the retail team, customer support team, warehouse team members, and other stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end process for warranties and follow warranty procedures for various manufacturers
- Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) safe working practices
- Assuming a high level of responsibility and actively participating in business improvement initiatives
- Occasionally work across multiple locations throughout the greater Perth area.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a technical/ repair/ trade role
- Basic IT and computer literacy skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Understanding of inventory management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
