We are currently looking for an enthusiastic **Labourer** to join our successful team located in Melbourne.

**You will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Unload, carry and stack building materials and place tools and equipment in position.
- Dig trenches for footings and services using hand tools and jackhammers.
- Assist to erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, barricades etc.
- Mix, pour and spread concrete when required
- Remove rubble and rubbish from building sites.
- General cleaning of site, tools and other.
- Assisting other tradesmen in areas of plastering, painting, plumbing, brick work, carpentry etc.
- Maintenance and demolition work.
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong team play, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Attention to detail and time management skills

**A successful applicant must have**:

- Basic induction
- First Aid Level 2,
- Manual Drivers License
- Working with Children Card
- Police Check
