**What we’re looking for**:

- **Experienced Team Leader**: You’ve got the know-how to manage a garden from start to finish, including setting up and packing down.
- **Self-Starter**: Delegate tasks and keep the team efficient and productive whilst maintaining WGM’s high standard of quality on every job
- **Client-Focused**: You’ll communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure you deliver exactly what they’re looking for.
- **Go-getter**: You have energy You have enthusiasm and you want to be the best version of yourself in being of service to others.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
