We are looking for a barista/all rounder to join our team in our THOMASTOWN Store. Availability to cover some shifts in Thornbury is ideal though not essential.
We’re on the hunt for a **positive, people-loving barista** to join our high-energy, fast-paced café team.
If you’re the kind of person who lights up a room, loves a good chat, and thrives on building genuine connections with regulars and first-timers alike — we want to hear from you. You’ll be the friendly face that kicks off someone’s morning and the warm welcome they look forward to each day. And while you’re brightening up our customers’ days, you'll also be pouring consistently **exceptional coffee** with speed, skill, and a whole lot of pride.
To fulfil this role, you would be required to;
- Have **AT LEAST 1.5 YEARS experience in a BUSY café** environment **in MELBOURNE**.
- Great coffee production skills. Latte art essential.
- Be clean, organised and efficient
- Work as part of a team
Part Time and Casual positions available with an opportunity for growth within the organisation as we expand.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
