Company Description Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company providing fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence industries, in both the private and public sectors. We provide pipework systems, mild steel cement lined (MSCL) piping & fittings, structural steel, plate fabrication, site installation, maintenance and Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) services. Alltype Engineering has been operating since 1985 and our longevity is a result of the capability of our team, our culture, and the ability to collaboratively deliver contracts and projects for our clients whilst maintaining a flexible and innovative approach to finding solutions to challenges. **Job Description**: **The role responsibilities include**: The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the QC Team Leader. The role will be responsible for (but not limited to): - Setting up project specific MDR indexes to cover all applicable items in client specifications and Alltype ITP’s. - Consolidating and review of Alltype Weld traceability, As-Built drawings, Material registers and other MDR registers. - Review of PMDR (Project management Deliverable register) and consolidating delivery dockets and Client issued IRC’s - Assembling MDR’s for submission to clients. - Making the MDR process as digital as possible to reduce printing and duplication of documents. - Liaising with Client representatives and Alltype Project managers, welding inspectors to resolve MDR queries. - General administration tasks as requested. **Qualifications**: - Competent in reading and understanding inspection and test plans (ITP’s), technical drawings, weld symbols and fabrication detailing. - Be motivated and be a "team player". - Advanced Level Competency with Excel, Word and Adobe Pro. - High Attention to detail. - Experience in the Oil and Gas or Mining industry (Desirable).
