**About the Role**
As a **Turndown Attendant** at Shangri-La Sydney, you will be responsible for providing excellent turndown service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a casual role, with a focus on delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional turndown service to guest rooms, ensuring rooms are prepared for the evening.
- Replace towels, make beds, and replace or refresh amenities as necessary.
- Replenish minibar items and ensure the cleanliness of the room, including floors, furniture, and windows.
- Address guest requests or inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Assist with any other housekeeping duties as required to ensure a smooth operation of the department.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guests’ personal belongings and requests.
- Work closely with other hotel teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or turndown attendant role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
